🗓 Shrimp with Cheese-filled Tortellini and Lime

500g cheese tortellini
1 fresh onion
1 dried onion
3 garlic cloves
50g fresh cow butter
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
50g white wine
400g vegetable broth
Take the 3.5lt 24cm pot, set the stove to level 7, and place the audiotherm on the meat setting. As soon as it beeps, open it and add the butter and shrimp.
Stir and once the butter has melted, deglaze with the wine. Let the alcohol evaporate and remove the shrimp and discard the butter.
Add the fresh onion, dried onion, and fennel, all minced, and sauté. Add the 3 garlic cloves as well.
After 1 minute, add the vegetable broth. Remove the garlic and add the shrimp, juice from 2 limes and zest from one lime, tarragon, salt, and pepper.
Finally, add the tortellini. Stir, close the lid, and set the audiotherm to the carrot setting for 10 minutes. Once the indicator reaches the meat setting, lower the heat to level 2 or 3.
When it reaches the carrot setting, our dish will cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, open the lid, and serve.
