my fave smashed chickpea salad
This is a recipe I've been enjoying for over 10 years. Processed chickpeas, veggies, gorgeous herbs, mayo, dill mustard, pepper, and kala namak salt. Good on toast, with crackers, or even cukes for a fresher take.
