tzatziki turkish eggs
A riff on classic Turkish eggs (Çılbır) that swaps the traditional garlicky yogurt for tzatziki. Silky poached eggs sit on a bed of cool tzatziki and get finished with a warm Aleppo chili butter and a sprinkle of flaky salt. Ready in 20 minutes if your tzatziki's already made. Scoop it all up with crusty bread or toasted pitas.
