No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake – Creamy, Easy & Eggless Prep Time: 20 mins Chill Time: 6 hours (or overnight) Serves: 6–8 Category: Dessert | Eggless | No-Bake Why You’ll Love This This no-bake Oreo cheesecake is ultra-creamy, rich, and made without gelatin or eggs. With just 6 simple ingredients and zero baking, it’s a foolproof crowd-pleaser — perfect for birthdays, parties, or late-night cravings. Ingredients Crust: 20 Oreo cookies 4 tbsp melted butter Filling: 250g cream cheese (room temp) 1 cup heavy cream (cold) ½ cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 6–8 crushed Oreos (for folding in) Topping (optional): Whipped cream Mini Oreos or crushed Oreos Instructions Step 1: Make the Oreo Crust Crush Oreos (with cream) in a food processor or ziplock bag until fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter. Press into the base of a springform pan (7 or 8 inch). Chill in fridge while you make the filling. Step 2: Prepare the Filling In a bowl, beat cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently. Add crushed Oreos and fold again. Step 3: Assemble & Chill Pour filling over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours (overnight for best texture). Decorate with whipped cream and Oreo bits before serving. Tips & Variations Don’t skip chilling—firm texture needs time. Use digestive biscuits for a non-Oreo base. Add melted chocolate for a richer twist.
