garlic butter scallops and asparagus
Wow! Until I tried these for the first time I always wondered what the fuss was about as it seems on all the cookery shows on TV someone always cooks scallops and now I see why! So easy to cook, very meaty (you don't need as many as you'd think to fill you up) with a unique taste and texture they are great served with some asparagus etc.
