gammon ham in the pressure cooker
Gammon Ham (or hot ham as my Goddaughters call it) is great as part of a roast dinner or fantastic in a sandwich cold! I like it with pineapple but it is equally with a runny fried egg. Ham (or gammon) egg and chips is an old British favourite.
