Welsh Cakes are a truly fantastic sweet snack that everyone needs to try in their lifetime, especially these incredibly tasty vegan Welsh cakes. When I was younger, I spent several months backpacking all around UK and Europe and it was honestly such a rewarding experience to experience so many unique locations and tasting new foods throughout - highly recommend it!
