veggie pho featuring campbell's pho broth
I visit my fave spot for Pho once a week, so I decided to give Campbell's Pho broth a try to see if it even remotely compared to going out. Crisp broccoli and carrot, cremini mushrooms, slurpable rice noods, jalapenos and Thai chilis, fresh Basil, some lime, and onion. Was it worth a buy? Click the link to the blog!
