Oven-roasted cauliflower

Ingredients
1kg cauliflower
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
5 tbsp oil
A little parsley
Instructions
Take a 3.5lt 24cm dish, remove the florets from the cauliflower and place them at the bottom of the dish. Then, cut the cauliflower and place it on top.
Add a minimum amount of water, 10g, salt, and paprika. Place the dish in the oven at 7 and insert the audiotherm for 10 minutes on the carrot setting.
Once the pointer reaches the steak icon, lower the oven to 2 or 3, and once it reaches the carrot icon, our cauliflower will cook for another 10 minutes.
Open the oven and add 5 tablespoons of oil. Place the audiotherm back in the oven for another 10 minutes on the carrot setting. Serve with a little parsley.
