No-Pasta Salad with Zucchini and Italian Sausage also has roasted red pepper and olives, and this is a fun dinner or side dish! The combination of ingredients was inspired by my brother Mark’s favorite pasta salad recipe, and this no-pasta salad is really low in carbs!
