instant pot mexican pork stew
Instant Pot Mexican Pork Stew has pork sirloin, bacon, chile peppers, red bell pepper, sweet potatoes, Mexican spices, and lime. If you don't want the carbs from the sweet potatoes, just omit them and use more red bell pepper for a low-carb version.
