Healthy Food English version of the cookbook was put on a link online https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zSaC8s_gopnZoUByRwNKrb9gkB84GMyc/view?usp=drivesdk At the end of 2020, the Kantrak Adventist School students in the Hospitality class (Grades 11 and 12), decided to video the English language recipes from the cookbook. This is an ongoing school project, week by week, with the grade 11 and 12 students involved in preparing, filming, editing, and posting each video. These recipes are designed to be lower in fats (zero animal fats), lower in processed sugars, and free from MSG and animal products. We hope and pray that you, the viewer, will be inspired to make at least some of your meals without meat. This is better for your health, and better for your country and your planet.
