Tangerine glazed sponge cake
This tangerine cake, as I said before, is a juicy cake, sweet in its right measure and with a delicious citrus flavor; I like to add the zest, which undoubtedly enhances the flavor, and the juice, which together with the rest of the liquid ingredients, adds moisture to the whole.
