Spicy Cheddar Tater Quiche
I had some leftover fiery cheddar taters, so a quiche was the best way to use up those fiery leftovers. Sliced onions, fiery taters, and aged cheddar, smothered in cream & eggs and baked to golden, spicy perfection.
