Ingredients

6 chicken legs

50g sun-dried tomato

250g of arborio rice

500g vegetable stock

1 tbsp salt

1 tsp of pepper

30g cognac

2 limes

1/2 bunch of parsley

1/2 bunch of dill

1 dry onion

2 tbsp olive oil



Procedure

We take the 3.5lt 24cm pot and put the stove on 7. Put the audiotherm on the steak and as soon as it sounds, open the pot and put the chicken in.

Close the lid and let it fry for 1 minute. We turn the chicke and fry the same on all sides. As soon as they are fried, put in the onion, mashed and stir to fry.

We deglaze with cognac. Add salt and pepper, chopped parsley and dill, lime zest and vegetable stock. Add the sun-dried tomato and 2 tbsp of olive oil on top.

Set the stove on 9 and close with the secuquick lid as soon as it starts to boil. Set the audiotherm on turbo for 3 minutes. As soon as the indicator reaches soft, lower it to 2 or 3.

Once it reaches turbo, our food will be cooked for 3 minutes. Turn off the stove and as soon as the pointer turns back, open the lid, turn the stove to 7 and as soon as it starts to boil, put the rice in.

Set the stove on 9 and close with the secuquick lid. Set the audiotherm on turbo, 1 minute. As soon as the indicator reaches soft, lower it to 2 or 3.

Once it reaches turbo, our food will be cooked for 1 minute. We turn off the stove and wait for the pointer to turn back to open. Pour the juice from the 2 limes and serve.
