Beef Dripping Toad In The Hole
I'm still perfecting this recipe (I'm trying to replicate the Yorkshire Pudding my Mum used to make) and this is pretty damn close! Served with mashed potatoes, a few carrots and thick homemade onion gravy would make this a fantastic meal!
